My Change It Up meal plans outline everything you should eat at each meal each day to attain perfect health. The meal plans are simple and easy to follow. Ofcourse you can make substitutions whenever you like, but if you are not sure about swapping out an item for something that might have more calories feel free to contact me with any questions regarding the meal plan. The meal plans consist of mostly whole natural foods that provide proper nutrients necessary for perfect health. Natural foods like fruit, vegetables and whole grains replenish your body, restore your mind, revitalize your energy level, delay the process of aging, make your skin glow and make you happier, more beautiful and confident. Plus natural foods actually taste better than junk food that taint your taste buds. When you go without junk food long enough your taste buds will restore to their original state and you will be able to taste how delicious and wonderfully satisfying healthy whole foods really are. It is crucial that you drink half your body weight (pounds) in ounces of water each day. The body thrives when it is properly hydrated. Headaches, fatigue, weight gain and weight loss plateaus can be attributed to dehydration. When you don’t get enough water your whole system is affected. You lose essential electrolytes when you sweat that need to be replenished. Don’t get tricked into drinking those sugar filled sports drinks full of artificial colors and ingredients. They do more damage than good. When replenishing electrolytes, half a teaspoon of sea salt will do the trick. Drink half your body weight (pounds) in ounces each day, for example if you weigh 150 lbs you should drink 75 oz of water per day. On the days you exercise add another liter of water with half teaspoon of sea salt to replenish electrolytes. If your urine is anything but clear you need more water.
