Meditative Thought – 08

Today I release and my heart is at peace. My actions are blissfully unattached to any outcome. When I feel a reaction from another or towards someone, it’s actually a reflection pointing out a lesson that I need to learn about myself. When someone gets on my last nerve, when I want to blame another, when I am in fear of the future I turn it into a positive learning opportunity by reframing my perspective and releasing. I choose patience & compassion in response to what feels like stress or irritation. I shift my experience by taking actions without any attachment to a certain outcome. In return, I receive peace and a new level of personal evolution. When I feel a negative emotional reaction to a comment or situation I stop, look within, and listen to the inner message my soul is attempting to communicate. When I blame another I create separation and I am left with a missed opportunity to access valuable insight to my healing and spiritual growth. I do not wish to be a prisoner to negative emotions, reactions and experiences. I choose to walk a path with room to stop and view from a different perspective choosing my best possible next step. I release the need to assign blame and open to the call for Love, surrendering to its healing power. I release and my heart is at peace. Namaste.
