The Change It Up Program

My Change It Up Program is not about starving or deprivation, it’s not about spending hours in the gym causing injury or harm. My Change It Up Program is about reprogramming your mind, body and spirit to achieve their natural balance inorder to live and be in perfect health (total mind, body, spirit connection). Shift your focus from the “perfect body” to “perfect health”. If you’re ‘thinking’ doesn’t change, you will lose weight only to gain it back due to underlying subconscious urges. It is not important how quickly you lose weight or get in shape, it is more important that you treat your whole system~ mind, body & spirit. Focusing on all 3 areas will bring about permanent results, a complete transformation.

The concept for The Change It Up Program is for you to be able to mix and match 5 workout episodes (1 Upper Body with Weights, 1 Upper Body Resistance, 1 Lower Body Legs, 1 Lower Body Booty Blaster, and 1 Core Workout). You can select 5 workouts to make up a 25 minute routine that you will do every day for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, you change it up and select 5 new episodes.
